Hi Salam Hallo Hej Salut Ciào Konnichi wa Ke-du Cześć Hola Qué onda
This set of tracks was sampled and arranged by myself when I was around 17-18 years old. The instrumental album was originally called The clones. It was suggesting that the tracks were experiments and clones (obscure, reconstructions) of original songs like "If I Should Die Tonight" by Marvin Gaye which I spun, twisted and put a dutty bassline to. I burnt around 100 cds and handed them out to random people on buses and the london underground. I wanted to see and feel the interaction with music listeners and even people that said no thankyou., even if it was just to listen to the reason why....I was young. Long story short, on the day I had given out the last cd, my computer blue screened, shock horror, panic, no more front cover design no more tracks.......Fast Forward to 2013 I recieved a copy of The clones cd. But I cant remember what tracks I sampled and the basslines are too heavy but I think its an amazing piece of work. Unmastered.
